Key Responsibilities:
- Work with fellow developers to ensure there is UI continuity
- Design and implement aesthetic user interfaces
- Identify the organization or the clients need for the user interface that needs to be created.
- Have a strong understanding of a company’s brand guidelines and follow them when creating user interfaces
- Test the user interface that was built to ensure it is actually usable.
- Work with backend developers to ensure systems are correctly being linked together, such as consuming an API.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript and jQuery.
- High level of knowledge of UI principles and patterns.
- The ability to problem-solve and critically think.
- An open mindset and be receptive to feedback to improve designs.
